No and no.
but is there really ever a "closed door" for God...and does he always "open doors for us" through money and death or are there other ways?
of course, i believe we should be willing to give our lives and money, as they no longer belong to us anyways, so we have no right to them, as long as it is the Lord's will. That's the key that each person has to ask and listen and know.
It matters to me if one of them is you.
